About the event
We will enjoy a community building circle led by Darsheel and drink tea and get acclimated to the space, then enjoy some gentle breathwork before we sink into our 30-40 minute sound bath. After we close out the sound bath, we will enjoy more tea and plantains. This is the perfect time to journal and/or enjoy time in community.
