About the event
For the first 30 minutes, we offer tea from Teatopia. We have alloted this time for you to get settled in, drink tea, smoke, color, write, whatever you are feeling in your heart. We start our flow and lock the doors at 11:30am. The practice lasts for about an hour starting with gentle movement to warm up the body, followed by deep relaxation with use of soft and firm bolsters to help you relax and restore. We close out with a singing bowl sound bath meditation. The Cola lounge is a smokers lounge and you are welcome to hang out and relax after class.
