About the event
We will have a hot cup of tea ready for you upon arrival, then we'll begin with yoga and sound healing. After yoga we have a light snack of fresh fruit and banana bread as we spend tell you more about the flow of the day. We will spend time creating art together and eating delicious pasta and enjoying fresh juice. You can flow in and out of rooms choosing how to spend your day. Schedule your massage or mani/pedi, book a mini tattoo session or spend your time creating art and enjoying the vibe. As we close out this day of self love, We will enjoy live music and enjoy an open stage for those who would like to share a song or poem.
