About the event
We will have 15 minutes to drink tea and get acclimated and then enjoy some gentle breathwork before we sink into our 30-40 minute sound bath. After we close out the sound bath, we will enjoy tea and plantains. This is the perfect time to journal and/or enjoy time in community.
